Return Policy

Lakeside Auto Sales LLC ("Company") maintains the following return policy for all vehicle purchases.

Overview

All sales are final. Lakeside Auto Sales LLC does not offer refunds or exchanges on completed vehicle purchases unless otherwise required by applicable state law.

Cooling-Off Period

The State of TN does not mandate a cooling-off period for used vehicle sales. Once the buyer signs the purchase agreement and takes delivery, the sale is considered final.

Warranty Vehicles
